He's moving to 175 cause he can't make 168, and his options are a 3 fight deal at 175 on HBO, or catchweights on BET. It's just shocking the kind of comp he's looking to start out with. He doesn't have to fight a guy of Frochs caliber in his first or second fight at 175, but turning down Gonzalez and looking for a scrub SMW is lol

Lil G fans please answer me honestly? Did any of you loose respect for Lil G when he said he'll fight anyone from 154-168 then when Ward accepted his challenge Lil G throws out a catchweight of 164? I asked because every last one of Lil G fans is calling Canelo a coward for proposing a catchweight yet Lil G did the same thing. Not just that but even Lil G said he'll go down to 154 to fight Money or get a big PPV fight. So why complain now when your hero has said he could make 154 easy? Look truth be told Lil G needs the Canelo or Cotto winner fight more than the belt his resume is weak as paper.

And ill try to hold all to the same standard.

GGG catchwt demand on Ward can look weak drpending on how u look at it and it looks extremely weak considrring GGGs stance on a catchwt with CaneloCotto. But considering the wt class differenve, Ward SMW, GGG MW...so GGG has to go up to SMW to fight Ward? Thatll be viewed as a weak win for Ward considering GGG was a MW going up...or Ward dropping down to 160 wouldnt be as big a win for GGG? Whats it gonna be? Canelo is challenging for THEE MW CROWN..GGG IS A MW...idont see why that fight shouldnt happen but if it doesnt happen immediately ill understand, would suck but Canelo hasnt fought at the full limit(technically his last 3 have been at MW).
Cotto on the otherhand has had the MW Crown for the last year and has avoided GGG hard, no other way to slice it. IMO thats where Ward was factored in by Cottos bithh asss fans, basically they hid behind Ward.
Theres a diffetent situation for every possible match up concerning these guys

C'mon you got to take off those rose colored glasses and see that your hero isn't different than Canelo except Nelo has proven he'll fight the best even if it takes a catchweight like Mayweather n Cotto while Lil G has come up with excuses when the big fights have been offered to him

Respect Bradah... That's a knowledgeable answer most Lil G fans avoid the question and just say Nelo ducking but a real fan knows Nelo has never ran from anybody. he's simply trying to get a bit of an advantage against Lil G something A sides have always done in the sport. Canelo will fight Lil G just not right now similar to how Lil G people said about Ward fight will happen just not now.

Obviously Canelo hasn't proven that, since he's ducking GGG. He's proven he'll face smaller weak punching, big money Floyd and get embarrassed. GGG would drop a full 6lbs for Floyd not 2, and take Flyds head off with the handicap.

And no, I didn't lose respect for GGG for rejecting the joke offer lol. I gained respect for pursuing a guy like Froch one division up with no tuneups. Did you lose respect for Ward for having his 2nd LHW fight rejected by the commission, and not being ready for unproven LHW Cuban prospects at 175, only 168 bums?
