They aren't really going to sue him. What are they going to say, "this guys insane story, that no one believes, has hurt the reputation of our sleazy gay ****ography company". That's not going to fly.

They're just talking about it to draw more attention to them.

That's not necessarily true. Sure it's a sleazy gay studio but a court wouldn't be allowed to care about the nature of their business so long as it was legal and damage was proven (pretty easy to prove damage occurred when an ex-employee spreads the rumor that you drugged and ****d them).
