Willie Monroe Jr was all of those things.
More importantly, Monroe Jr actually wanted the fight. Lara just wants to play the name game to generate interest before his next disappointing fight

Why would Lara be such a problem? Canelo doesn't throw as much volume or have the same ring generalship and Anglo isn't as calculated and schooled and both of them got to Lara. GGG would cut off the ring on him and stop him. I'm all for the fight but Lara has to move to 160 first..not just talk about it to stir up some ish.

Here is the biggest two problems with Lara and GGG

Lara isn't gonna fight on HBO, makes it a non-starter.

Two, That excuse alone give Lara room to talk about GGG without actually having to fight him, a pastime of his.

Now if Lara wanted to fight GGG, he could ask Johnson for a fight right now, and become GGG's mandatory.

This is how GGG forced Cotto/Canelo's hand.

That's how you know a guy is serious about facing someone.

Lara has cards to play, I doubt going up and getting devastating body shots from GGG is gonna be one of them.

Well explain that to the other GGG fans who are accusing Lara of bluffing because he wants to go up to 160 to fight GGG(when others don't), and who by the way was willing to go down to fight Mayweather while staying at 154 where he got a belt and where he campaign at and is a better division.

So if they calling Lara Bluff for wanting mega-fights then they have to call bluff to his own fighter.

Its so easy to call fans on their BS.

I don't blame Lara, but he has a habit of calling everyone out but not making real moves towards the fight.

Hes a mover/spoiler, just like Mora, who they also wanted nothing to do with.

You need to understand the styles.

They dont want any hiccups right now, they dont even wanna risk Golovkin looking bad and not being able to put Lara away.

And suggesting that Lara move to 160 first is absurd.
