Who faced (or is scheduled to face) the softest opposition in 2015?

Of the following three boxers, who fought the weakest opposition in 2016?

Gennady Golovkin (Martin Murray, Willie Monroe Jr, and IBF titleholder David Lemieux)

Sergey Kovalev (former linear champion Jean Pascal in his hometown, IBF mandatory Nadjib Mohammedi)

Andre Ward (Paul Smith coming off two losses moving up to 172, 38 year old Columbian journeyman Alexander Brand moving up in weight from 168 to 175).

The reason I ask is because many people rate Ward as #1 or #2 P4P with the other two lower, and many have been critical of Gennady's and Sergey's opposition.

    Gennady Golovkin
    15.56%
    7
    Sergey Kovalev
    2.22%

    Andre Ward
    82.22%
    37

    The poll is expired.

Say what you really mean, like this:

So the Floyd fans got scared and called on Andre Ward, (a fighter they hate), to defend Floyd not fighting GGG at 154. And compared it to GGG fighting Ward at 168. Even though Floyd was a 3 time 154lb champ at the time and GGG never fought at 168.

Then those that love GGG called on Kovalev to fight Ward at 175 because they hate Ward.

But the truth is GGG cannot be forced to fight the best fighter at 168 because he called for Floyd at 154. And in his 1st fight at 168, he wouldn't be required to face Ward. Ward needs to stop trying to fight GGG and set his sights on 175.

            Horrible poll.

1.kovalev beat pascal who was top 5 ranked

            2. GGG beat ranked contenders.

            This isnt even close.

Ward will have fought two super middle weights not in the top 20 at 175.

Enough of this. Mods please make a sticky thread of GGG ward kovalev.

Thos floyd pac fued has transfered over and it has gotten old.

Sergey faced a top 3 LHW and former P4P ranked fighter in Pascal and his mandatory.

GGG faced Murray (who beat Martinez and should be the unofficial lineal champ), a top 5 ranked MW and the IBF champ in GGG and a stay busy fight in Monroe.

Ward is being given the #1/2 because of his talent, which is absolute bull**** really. I have no doubt that if he fought guys like say Pascal, or Froch or GGG this year that he'd win so I don't think his talent dropped by any means, but at the end of the day he never fought anyone.

Fu@k me lol. Howd you end up with that from the OP?
I seen it as straight forward talking about P4P status.
