but he doesn't win. Isn't it better for the sport if you get TV fights because you win, not because you lose in exciting fashion?

If you had any points I'd take that bet. Clottey has KO'd 2 guys in the last 11 year. And I mean hell it took GGG 7 rounds to take out Rosado & he destroyed his face early on. Rosado is a tough durable guy & Clottey isn't world class anymore.

        Bring it on
Clottey just won on Canelo Kirkland undercard.

I was just answering the question. Rosado has a pretty good thing going for himself. He fights hard, doesn't price himself out, is usually exciting, and has no allegiance to a particular network. He can be used for a war type fight for a low budget show or he can be used as an opponent for someone the promoter is trying to build. He even went to BKB. He has fought on Showtime, HBO, etc. I don't really like Rosado, but he has made the best out of his career.

Bringing excitement while winning or losing is a valuable commodity in boxing. Rosado is one of the most fun guys to watch losing since Gatti. He's obviously not on Gatti's level in ability or being entertaining, but he's solid, entertaining & will fight Satan even if the fight took place in Hell. Thats a guy who's gonna get on TV a lot & rightfully so.

Clottey would win. Rosado ain't won a boxing match in half a decade.

I think Clottey is much better than Rosado and would win easily. Rosado is durable and he would go the distance but lose most of the rounds. Rosado comes up short against the better fighters.

I wonder why Golden Boy doesn't give Rosado a little bit of exposure on their smaller cards. Just an eigth rounder against some journeymen. Rosado needs some rounds to get better and not just to have tough fights. Rosado can box a bit, fought for world titles and is quite popular. I don't understand Golden Boy, they could build him towards bigger fights not just for the fact that he can take a beating.

It's a tough fight against Clottey. But somehow I think it will not play out like that. Why don't they put it on the Jennings vs. Ortiz card?

I'd rather watch Rosado than the massive amount of fighters who have become cherry picking, point fighters.

Is there any doubt rosado/Clottey will be more competitive, and more entertaining than 90% of PBC fights?

I don't care if rosado loses, he gives fan a show. I prefer to be entertained than watched a undefeated boring fighter.

I've been searching for that fight high and low but can't find one.

Any idea will the fight be at 154 or 160?
