If David had come out and threw caution to the wind I doubt he would have made it out of the 1st or 2nd rd. Bad idea..

But boxing wasn't the right strategy either. I think he should've tried to fight kind of like Pascal does where a few times per round he just explodes and tries to catch his opponent off guard.

Either way, GGG is just at such a high class that it is hard to have any success against him.

he was jean pascal's coach. think he coaches pretty much all the main GYM guys who fight out of québec, beterbiev etc. not sure about stevenson

I'm gladly he's being a class act and giving the opponent his due, but with all the respect to Ramsey, his fighter (DL) was so vastly out-coached that him saying this means absolutely nothing. It looks like Ramsey bought into Sanchez' Hagler/Hearns and thought 'pfft, easy work, they'll just slug it out let's make sure David can take a punch'.

Lemieux showed absolutely no preparation for the fight, and for that, I blame his coach.
