manny didn't counter Floyd very frequently.

Timmeh, who often makes dumb strategic choices, outboxed manny to win 4 rounds in their initial fight. An old Marquez outside of his optimal weight class outboxed manny 9-3 in the trilogy.

    Crawford definitely CAN outbox manny
Neither Floyd nor Manny landed on each other with great frequency. TC while having good defense isn't on Floyd's level. TC isn't as quick on his feet as Floyd either.

Bradley went balls to the wall in those first four rounds, and let it all hang on the line. I doubt TC comes out that aggressive and take so many risks. And if TC isn't super aggressive and doesn't push the action, can he outbox Manny? Because Manny has a very high output (when he wants to at least) and TC will have to be very active in this fight to keep up on points. TC hasn't had his chin tested by someone with Manny's power yet either. Bradley already had tasted Manny's power in the rematch, so was prepared.

Finally, I do NOT see TC bullying Manny on the ropes. TC is going to be worrying too much about not getting bullied himself to apply that sort of pressure. Unless Manny "gives" the fight away so as to pass the torch on to another TR fighter, I don't see TC coming out on top. It's a great fight though. Best match-up by far for Manny. And for once the best match-up is an easy in-house fight to make.

Off topic, but I'd love to see TC put a beating on Danny Garcia and Adrien Broner... Those are great fights 140 if it weren't for the network wars.

TC he that southpaw jab and reach something Manny has never dealt with. Manny doesnt throw much anymore since the Marquez icing.

I think Crawford's hunger IQ and skills and athleticism are gonna unravel Manny .

Manny is gonna be confused.he won't go balls to wall anymore .Crawford like Roy said has that power to get respect.

In the first fight Timmeh won the first round and final three rounds by BOXING not brawling.

Your strategy for Crawford to fight manny is based on pressuring even though the easiest way to beat him is boxing.

Crawford has the jab and athleticism to effectively employ an outbox him strategy

I agree. Height reach boxing stance and speed and quickness of his own to go with a real nice southpaw jab . His jab has many angles.

Sets up that straight left rt hook and rt hook straight left.
TCs range allows him to out box pacs ears off. Morales marquez outboxed pac. I think pac ducked zahir raheem instead fighting diaz for this very reason.

Crawford isnt as reckless as timmy.
HBO has some great fighters in TC ,GGG, and gonzales. I expect these 3 stars to get hated on for their success.

He will try it, trade some hooks, and decide it's a bad idea.

TC will come out boxing and jabbing.
Range defense and a jab wins this fight .
