Pretty much this^^^, if they are going to reject that Ward fight then they cannot be seen giving this fight the green light. They obviously fathom the money Vegas would end up losing if they didn't approve it. Because they know other states would definitely give it the greenlight.

Yep, NSAC boss was like: 0-0? I $een the McGregor tape$, he can fight. No mi$match.

Murdock: But I have 18 wins and 1 loss in pro boxing.

NSAC: Stfu get your broke ass, unknown ass, b*tch ass, no money generating ass out of here!

I think you are absolutely right, I really think Murdock can sue them for loss of earnings. That would have been his biggest payday to date and he would have generated more future earnings due to the Ward fight/connection.

So if i was him i would definitely explore the possibility of suing NSAC.

If Ward/Murdock was going to generate the same revenue as Floyd/Conor is expected to, we'd have seen them fight twice or 3 times already in Vegas.

It would be interesting if someone can get in contact with him and ask him what's up. He's now 19-1, with 14 KO's and 1 loss and that loss was a 4 round decision early in his career, not like he got destroyed.

I'd really like to hear more about his side and what he feels about the situation and if he has a legal team working on a case or what because this is borderline criminal.

Yea, it's so blatant that it's actually shocking that no lawsuit has happened. I mean for all we know there was a lawsuit and it was kept private by Murdock in request of NSAC, who settled with him and the news just never hit the media. But if he just let them do him like that with no lawsuit, idk, it's weird, because it's so obvious what happened in this these two match ups. I'm not a law expert, but I would think a good lawyer can rip a new hole in NSAC over this.

What more evidence do they want other than McGregor is 0-0 and Murdock was 18-1? Does McGregor's 21-3 MMA record trump Murdock's 18-1 pro boxing record? Does McGregor's 1 amateur fight trump Murdock's 90 amateur fights? I get it, but I don't get it.
