    i don't blame hbo.

tcraw is american, speaks english, has a personality, has a backstory, flashy and skilled boxer but also entertaining and goes for ko and brawls too.

much better star potential than a 33 yr. old kazakh or a midget nicaraguan.
Well Roy at least threw in it was proportional, but at least Golovkin is a good current fighter not one of the 25 greatest fighters of the last 50 years which Max was constantly doing.

I don't blame HBO because they are promoting their dudes, and Crawford is really good as well as being pretty likely to get a big fight to really build his brand.

I watched the Top rank broadcast...not that they are great but they somehow are easier to ignore. HBO broadcasters can't be ignored without turning off the sound and they inevitably annoy. I used to enjoy them years ago but it has become hard to listen to now.

First of all that punch to the back of the head was nothing but 100% intentional....yet they make it out like it was Jean's fault.

Second, GGG last week could have easily been DQ'd and that too was intentional (rush of blood yes), but nevertheless intentional yet the commentators practically ignored it except for RJJ.

You guys are right - mute is the best option for those cumguzzlers!

Jones was the worst last night, comparing TCs power with that of GGGs...wow

They are trying to sell you something. That goes for every network

I completely disagree although selling a product is obviously what they have to do but they lack everything across the board. For example a casual nfl fan who's never watched football over many years isn't going to learn a thing or two of what a 'pass rush' is, what 'play action' 'read options' are? Commentary is there to educate the casual fans and gain new generations through knowledge and commentary. The real reason there's been a high boost of fantasy football spike, the reason why boxing networks 'mix' it with real fighters because they offer more knowledge.

Its good for the sport, look where GGG is now. Moreover Crawford is a good boxer with killer instinct, not a ***** ass runner or hugger, investing in him is a smart business.
