Yep. I found this article with Ben Thompson of FightHype interviews the mother of the child.

Article is from 2009 and says Devon is 10 years old at the time and has been waiting 8 years since he last saw Oscar.

Couldn't find anything recent.

Remember reading this, but there are current photos on Facebook where Devon is with Oscar and with an older man that looks like Oscar's dad.
