Gonzalez is either number 1 pfp or close to it. Broner isn't even in the top 100 pound for pound in my opinion. Did you miss the two ass kickings Broner received from Maidana and Porter? In these days of 18 different weight classes and 4 champions per weight class it's not that hard to be a 4 weight division champion if you do it the Broner way. You beat the weakest champion the way Broner beat Paulie. You beat an average fighter to get the vacant140 pound title. Is Broner the best in any weight class? I don't think so. He can't make lightweight any more and he received 2 beatings at welterweight. Crawford and Postol probably beat him at 140. Gonzalez is clearly the best in his weight class and he is a vastly superior fighter than Broner.
