Floyd fought Mosley only after Mosley was inactive for nearly 2 years and he didn't even have a tune up before stepping in with Floyd.

Berto is a C/D-level bum, he's about Broner's level. And as Shawn Porter himself said, Broner is nowhere near as good as Julio Diaz (and Porter fought them both).
