        Juan Diaz, was sharp that nigth. Its crazy how young he is and how far along he is, like it was said during the announcement, if he had some power he would be scary.

        Anyone else catch the part about him not doing road work for his stamina or weights for strenght. The announcers claimed that he just sparred and did swimming for conditioning.

            Yeah, I also heard that Emanuell Stewart say that James Toney never did road work either. That he has always gotten his conditioning from sparring a ton of rounds.
