That maybe the case...
But why did Brook need a rematch clause?
Who does he think he is Floyd? Wlad?
I dont think even Floyd had a rematch clause for Pacman
No decent fighter is going to come over here, fight with pillow gloves and on top of that, if they win, they have to do it all over again...Comment

He got his leg sliced up with a machete. Hardly the same thing. And how does that affect beating the living day lights out of Rios? Rios is a total meat head. Brook would do a number on him without breaking a sweat.Comment

He thinks he's a world champion offering someone a voluntary defence of the title. Everyone does this.
Rios will have signed a rematch clause with Bradley. Everyone who knows something about boxing knows that it's standard procedure.
If Rios didn't want to have a rematch clause, he should have worked his way into a mandatory position like Lamont Peterson did against Amir Khan.
Khan's team originally offered him 200k to fight in the UK with a rematch clause to happen in the UK also. Peterson's team laughed off the offer and became mandatory instead, got the fight in his hometown, took Khan's belt and weren't forced into a rematch.
Another free history lesson for you Wankie. Live and learn my spasticated chum.Comment

No, everyone doesnt do this
Good luck to Brook in securing big names, any boxer worth his salt will not agree to Brooks diva demands.
Brook already has everything in his favor, from the gloves and to the home advantage/bias
Now i understand why he is fighting the likes if Frankie Gavin and Chaves...
If Brook wants those big fights he will need to travel stateside, then i can see boxers agreeing to the rematch clause.Comment

So let me get this straight.
Brook got into an altercation with a drunken member of the public
and Brook got beaten up and even ended up in hospital!
But you and Brook are claiming the guy used a machete.
Can you prove the drunk spanish hobo used a machete??
Even if Brook did get knifed who's to say Brook didn't pull the knife first cos he was losing a fight with a wino??
Doesn't Brook have a history of getting into trouble and Knifing people??
The point is whenever Brook has to fight a live opponent he usually invents an injury or some other excuse is used. But he always fit and healthy when he has to fight the gavins of the world.
And Brook is a pro boxing "champ" who gotten beaten up in a street
fight by a nobody. I'm sure that would have damaged his already fragile confidence.
The guy was crawling around screaming for help after his whoopin in da streets but you think this guy is gonna beat a tough guy like Rios?
pffft
****ers a carson jones victim.Comment

Kell Brook might be a great fighter but FIGHT
Sad Kell Brook is wasting away his prime years in inactivity fighting bums. Of Course Kell whips Rios who has no defense and comes in leading with that open mex face. Kell Brook seems to not want to fight anymore but that is all Brit fighters who are weak in the head.Comment
