On a bright note atleast he didn't wait 6 years to take care of an old injury after getting embarrassed

So what you are saying is that the fighter whose promoter/management team has the deepest pockets should control all other fighters' destiny. Right? And that a fighter who has won a title(s) and his promoter/management team can only have control of his career and any say in who he fights if they have the deepest pockets. Right? Nothing else should be a factor in determining who controls boxing. The wealthiest promotor rules, and if what that promotor wants is detrimental to a fighter or fighters or even boxing on the whole, it doesn't matter because he's the promotor with the most money (even if said promotor has as his goal the use of his finances to destroy boxing). Since he has the most money, it is his will that determines any and all things boxing and nothing else.Purse bids>exclusive deals it would be HBO fault if Krusher had to vacate as they would be ones telling him to drop the belt but all that can be avoided if they stop being cheap and actually start paying them especially kov dude is p4p number one and get treated the worse out of all the guys on exclusive deals on HBO because his promoter got ****s for brainsComment

so what does this mean who gets shot a mandatory position now? or is this a setup for betebiev to face kovalev in the spring?Comment

Mfer!!!
Last few months have been brutal if you are a Beterbiev fan.
Fight with Kovalev scrapped, probably cuz of Yvon giving a 50min speech about "why its a bad idea right now for these 27 reasons" to Beterbiev
Fight lined up with x guy & than scrapped cuz of x reason
Fight lined up with y guy & than scrapped cuz of y reason
Fight lined up with z guy & than scrapped cuz of z reason
Fight lined up with this current guy & than scrapped cuz Beterbiev f#cked up his ****
BrutalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllLast edited by Eff Pandas; 10-20-2015, 05:46 PM.Comment

If there are cats willing to pay more than shouldn't boxers be able to take advantage of it. I mean if I'm the fighter & I gotta fight whoever no matter what I'd rather fight whoever for the most money possible. Thats the free market at work. If the entity who works with the champion is willing to pay what the fight is worth than they won't have any issues. But you shouldn't be able to pay boxers below their market value in mandatory fight situations just cuz you got one of them under contract. So what you are saying is that the fighter whose promoter/management team has the deepest pockets should control all other fighters' destiny. Well he's not the IBF mando yet and they seemed to scoff at the idea of facing him without a fight in between.... so nah.
Don't know what the IBF is gonna do, but there's no IBF eliminator now.... or if there is, it'll be between two other guys and they fight Bieber laterComment

No. What he's saying is don't fight for belts if you aren't willing to follow the rules of the organization. I hope Kovalev wasn't ****** enough to sign a contract that doesn't allow him to defend his title off network. If that's the case he may as well give up all his belts. So what you are saying is that the fighter whose promoter/management team has the deepest pockets should control all other fighters' destiny. It's not Krusher fault it's Duva who pimped him out to HBO so she can get slots for other ppl in her stable airtime, now Krusher gets treated like a step child makes the less amount of money out of everyone on exclusive deals on HBO but has the better resume as of lately, has to keep traveling to Canada to get better paydays couldn't even get a homecoming fight in Russia setup and HBO wasn't even going add that fight to its schedule if he did get it setNo. What he's saying is don't fight for belts if you aren't willing to follow the rules of the organization.
