that fake shoulder roll was the main reason lemule landed some left hooks.

His movements were very subtle, just enough to get out of the danger zone then he goes back to offense because he is an offensive force. Unlike James Toney's D, GGG doesn't stay in the pocket to exchange. And unlike Mayweather he doesn't go all out on defense. I'm not saying he's up there yet with the two aforementioned fighters, but the boy can slip and slide.

GGG steps back 1-2 then jab or uses the right cross when Lemieux is charging in. If he is too close to the ropes he turns Lemieux around to disrupt Lemieux's foward progress. Or when Lemieux loads up he turns on his side to narrow Lemieux's target and uses the shoulder to deflect Lemieux's punches. One thing I should note is the left hand GGG use to disrupt Lemieux's offense. It is very similar to Mayweather's tactic to disrupt an opponent charging in. When both fighters do that they create a bigger gap or it stops the opp's initial forward movement, making it difficult to throw the intended power punch.

Hey, dont take it from me, even the great James Toney said GGG is the best MW since his prime self so...
He beat freakin lemieux ffs!!! its not that difficult:

oh that's right of course.... he was young "doe"

well one thing that he did before that he still did in the ggg fight was that he doesn't freakin move his head.

WHen you have that many amateur fights you're going to be have multiple facets to your game.
about that... how many of those where point victories and how many of those were ko victories?

GGG has great shoulder roll but it's not fluid like Floyd.

Let's see Cotto fight Lemieux after Canelo beats him. WITHOUT a catchweight. Then and only then can you shyt on anyone Golovkin fights. When Kneeguel Clucko needs a catchweight to fight the same opponents, you have no right to comment.

What has point victories got to do with iq? Are you suggesting you can't have good iQ because you get knockouts? Man you are ******ed..... He has shown excellent iq boxes well cuts off the ring in an excellent manner.

Throws a well educated jab, very precise punching, shoulders are always balanced, he never is off balance, footwork is excellent he doesn't let you breathe in the ring. He put his Punches together very well!!!

Never said that. Just asked a simple question. Would like an answer, however. I must've bolded a bit too much prior.

If you don't know the difference n acknowledge the craft of an experienced amateurs like rigo, ggg, lamo then ur just so far behind in terms of boxing scouting. B4 donaire got into with rigo he was a killer, but be cuz of rigos vast amateur experience it happened as it did. The only difference between ggg n the rigo, ward, mayweather of the world is he is just an offensive machine. It's not like he doesn't know the fundamentals, ffs the guy is the 3rd best defensive fighter in the world! Numbers don't lie, haters do!
