I've watched every HW fight of Steve Cunningham. He's a decent boxer but he's pretty feather fisted. He caught Fury with a clean punch that he sat down on - it was one of the few times where Steve threw a punch with bad intensions.

Cunningham is an admirable guy but he's damned limited in the power department. I see guys like Chakhkiev and Usyk destroying his ass, Kudryashov looks like a real cat, dude packs some real heat, I'm not sure what Steve achieves moving back down, but he must see opportunitie/s.

He's a good addition to have there as he was never really going to make a notable impact in the flagship division. He gave it a good damned go though and showed a lot of heart unlike guys like Haye.

USS never had a prayer at HW. Too small, not enough power. Good luck to finishing his career in a good way at CW..

Call me crazy but I wouldn't mind seeing Cunningham Vs Roy jones Jr. Lol...
Roy doesn't fight on HBO anymore so why not put it as a main event on a spike card or something... I bet people would watch.

Smart move and PBC seems to have a decent amount of cruisers to throw him in with. I don't know if he can really make waves but he is certainly better suited for that class and he should still be able to make solid money.

He's gonna get knocked out, assuming he fights one of the top guys. But there was also no way for him to make an impact at heavy. Lose/lose situation for USS Cunningham.
