Rios is a strong, tough face first brawler with a big heart but is so limited in skills he wouldn't win a round against Brook. And he wouldn't just get outboxed but battered, with the need for rescue at some point once the beating has gone way beyond any concept of sport. It's amusing how some people tag Brook as some sort of softy. He's not just a sharp box-fighter who can hurt people but a solid pug with a nasty streak. You don't ask for your money back when you've paid to watch Rios because he always gives his all but he's not in Kell Brook's class.
