I am childishly name calling am I?
You came at me aggressively first.
I simply suggested GGG beats any fighter from 154-168, except Ward.
So let's not talk anymore. I don't have patience for people like you.Comment

Lumping Ward with Canelo? Hopkins missed the boat on that one. As much as I don't like Ward due to his inactivity and style, he's light-years ahead of Canelo in boxing skill. Hopkins should be more objective and not let his business connections color his judgment.Comment

NEW YORK – As dominant as Gennady Golovkin was Saturday night, Bernard Hopkins didn’t see invincibility from his ringside seat at Madison Square Garden.
In fact, Hopkins suspects that fighters in multiple weight classes came away from Golovkin’s ninth-round technical knockout victory over David Lemieux more confident about their ability to knock off the Kazakh knockout artist.

Honestly we still don't know how good ggg is. I mean this was the first test of his career really and he showed great ring generalship and broke down his opponent. Too bad lemeuix was scared to get hit soon as they squared off we could of learned more about ggg.Comment

That is exactly what I will imply, and so will everyone else.....
Cotto would be the 3rd fighter with world-class skills that Golovkin has shamelessly ducked.
I will be left with the impression that Golovkin is a total fkn hypejob.
Great fighters reach for glory..... Golovkin runs from it.

Somehow Ward fans (or posters, masquerading as such) are trying to pass a message that "boxing match" will favor Ward over GGG. Not a shred of a doubt in their assessment. The more I read about it, the more it looks to me that they are trying to convince themselves. You know, repeat the same mantra hundreds of times, and eventually you gonna believe ))) I recently re-watched one of Ward's "moments of glory" and had a sour feeling looking at him headbutting Mikkel Kessler to an ugly decision. If this is a mastery they are relying on, they are setting up themselves for a massive disappointment.Comment

Did you actually say that Golovkin is ducking Cotto? ....really? Want to think about that for a second? You do know that Golovkin has been calling Cotto out for a year, right? That he was Cotto's mandatory in early 2015, and Cotto said 'thanks but no thanks"?

I said that will appear to be the case should GGG refuse him a catchweight.
I want Golovkin to attempt to live up to his hype and actually fight a world-class opponent instead of making childish excuses.....
..... and considering the fact that Cotto weighs 153, and also considering the fact that only yesterday Golovkin stated that he can make 154..... a catchweight request from a legend who is close to retirement should NOT kill that fight.
Refusing a catchweight knowing that Cotto will be stripped would make Golovkin look like a paper champ who took the easy way out.....
..... especially considering the fact that Golovkin would get paid 0 despite using money to " avoid " Ward and Lara.
Why doesn't Golovkin just sack up and fight ?
Do you actually think that Golovkin can beat Cotto at 156 ?Comment

..... while knowing only too well that he cannot
