Comments Thread For: Roman Gonzalez Likely To Be Paired Again With Golovkin

According to reports in Nicaragua, WBC flyweight champion Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (44-0, 37 KOs) will likely return on the undercard of Gennady Golovkin's next fight.

Gonzalez's last two fights were positioned in the co-featured slot of Golovkin's middleweight title defenses.

He knocked out Edgar Sosa in two rounds in May at The Forum in Los Angeles, California. Golovkin appeared in the main even and knocked out Willie Monroe.

The casual American public doesn't want guys shorter than most Asian moms to be the main event. Boxing fans have been wanting him on American television.

**** having to see him at like 3am local time while he fights in Japan.
