Lemule tried it last night, but GGG would just back up to the ropes and as soon Lemule thought he had him, GGG would turn him and land a jab or bodyshot.

he fought backwards last night but only for 1 step at a time

his jab was so accurate all he had to do was take one step back drop it in DLs light of vision and the attack was over

His power is unreal, guys. I know some of you badly want to see him lose, but even if you were to get a master boxer in there with him, he has 1-in-a-thousand type power that can cancel that out. You get the sense that anytime he wants to step it up and take you out, he can.

I'm not a biased fan. I always liked both Floyd and Manny, just as I like both GGG and Ward.

Ggg's ring generalship is unreal. Unlike mayweathers movement he would just sidestep and power hit Lemieux to make Lemieux retreat whereas May has to run from opponent cuz his lack of power. Guys learn to love it cuz it's the best thing going on today.

Gennady can fight forward or backward. I can't see him having too much trouble on the back foot with that type of power. He can actually use going backwards to his advantage of luring his opponent in and check him if he wants.

He's quite versatile and I don't think we've even seen all of his dimensions he has available. It comes down to an opponent making him switch it up which I don't think any really have yet because they haven't provided enough challenge for him to have to rely on anything else.
