Irony of Terrell Williams slit throat gesture

After Williams got hit with a low blow he gave a slit-throat gesture and pointed to Prichard Colon. I saw the bout only once before deleting it from my dvr. Now Colon is fighting for his life in a coma. Colon had hit low due to his frustration of getting hit in back of the head (alleged rabbit-punching).

Some feel Colon turned his back to Williams which resulted in some of the shots behind the head. Regardless, in a combat sport the slit throat gesture is banned some other sports. Hopefully, Colon can recover and not have that gesture be a lasting memory in the sport.
