Wasn't it you fans the ones that were saying that Rigo could easily make 112 or 115? That was to make Rigo look better wasn't it? Now that people can call others on their BS, they don't know how to respond. "Rigo's natural weight is 112/115 doe, he's already fighting at a higher weight class than he needs to."

Chocolatito doesn't have to move up to 118. He has a lot of opponents to choose from at 112 and 115. He's set for 2.5-3 years. So why doesn't Rigo move down instead? What's the problem, because according to everyone he could easily make 115. Now all of the sudden he can't, make up your minds.

Chocolatito doesn't have to move up for him, that's the truth.

Who the hell said rigo can fight at 112? You might have seen someone say it but "rigo fans" certainly never did lol. He could probably make 118. Nobody's even saying Roman HAS to move up. It's just a dream fight

I don't think Gonzalez, as great as he is, would do much damage at 118 against a sniper like Rigo. Viloria tagged him and even had him stop the onslaught for a bit with a body shot. If that was Rigo throwing, it'd be a lot more pain being administered towards my boy Roman.

He should stick to where he's at. Maybe test 115 and go from there. Meeting Rigo at 118 might be a little too much for him

Several of his fans. You could pretend they didn't, because they can actually be called on their BS now. You guys like calling out other fighters for what their fans say, but once it's a fighter you like, people seem to get extremely hurt.

That dream fight could happen in 3 years at the minimum. Chocolatito still has things to do. He has no worries.

If they were the same size, this would be the best fight in boxing. Best defensive fighter in the world against possibly the best offensive fighter.

You're right though, Gonzalez has a rematch with Estrada and a possibly Inoue(sp) fight looming next year
Unfortunately that's exactly right. 3-4 years from now he'll be 38-39 and 18/19-0. It's really bad in his case because you just know that one time he'll take a long time off and when he comes back, Father Time will have caught up with him and his best will be gone!

I've said it before and I will say it again, I think Roman caps off at 115 at an elite level. His size and style aren't fit against bigger, stronger men in the higher weight divisions. Hell, at 115 you have a massive Tete, whom personally I believe can beat Roman due to size and skill.

Also, Roman gets tagged too much by average fighters and although he can cut off the ring efficiently, his combinations slow down when his opponents utilize lateral movements. He can also be hurt, and Rigondeaux is the full package in terms of skill, power and technique. I think Roman has the style to trouble or even beat Rigo, but not the size.

                  Rigondeaux UD.

Chocolatito will be at 122 in a few years. He looked drained at the weigh in. No need for it to be at 118.

Doubt we'll ever see this fight... even if Choco moves up in weight...Easy win for Rigo even if it did ever happen...

LOL @ HBO making Choco out to be the #1 P4P right now though... HBO has officially gone off the deep end with their ****** in-house rankings and a commentary team that does its best to ruin each fight with biased analysis... Lampley has become a vindictive menace... What's the point of having the best production(HBO) if your commentary team sounds like rehearsed advertising for the fighter that's supposed to win.
