People are always quick to jump to conclusions when rich people make moves to secure their wealth. His boxing gym is closing which means he is in the process of liquidating the company's assets.

The "actor" is getting into dept, thats obvious! Its been years since he's had a decent pay check. The guy is a clown and he has no stomach for the sport or he'd be fighting!

He's closing his gym in London as he doesn't train over here, might as well sell the bits and pieces.
