Big news because Arum allegations at least in part mirrored GBPs. They didn't get past the first hurdle. GBPS case is also pending from the same judge. They have some work to do.

That's great news. It is PBC that has been doing most of the fights lately. Hopefully Haymon makes a ton of money and keeps the PBC ball rolling.
