Nothing wrong with that, I dont see a problem, Golovkin is obviously bigger,

That is what Canelo will weigh, and Cotto didn't try to drain him.

If Golovkin wants to fight Cotto he will have to accept a catchweight for two reasons..... 1) Cotto has a way out, because fans are generally accepting of catchweights..... 2) because Cotto weighs-in at 153..... a catchweight will not happen because Cotto cannot fight Golovkin at 160, it will happen because Cotto doesn't need to.

FACT: catchweights diminish the standards within boxing.

160 is way too low. Cotto weighs 165ish.

Meanwhile, things changed at 160 and GGG got the Lemieux unification and the Cotto-Canelo winner mando lined up. But now the Ward stans think GGG should abandon those plans because NOW Ward is ready to fight, I mean NEXT YEAR Ward is ready to fight, per his offer.

They are delusional. Plain and simple.
I agree that timing may have played a part in that one instance.

And also now, with the Cotto/Canelo winner being mandated.

But Ward/Golovkin has been discussed for years, and not only have no meaningful discussions ever materialized, Team Golovkin have openly dismissed Ward at every opportunity.

They have used every excuse in the book, they seem to use a different excuse every week. They have never given one genuine reason, just a bunch of different excuses.

The fact that those excuses continually change tells the whole story.

I can provide links proving that Team Golovkin have used at least 5 different excuses..... most likely 6-7. Not a good look.

Maybe. But either way, thats fine.

Weight will not be an issue in that fight.

He obviously cut weight early on in camp or your to slow to understand that? He would be 165 now if he was small as you trying to claim not over 165

Struggling to make weight should make this a short fight.

Just from the logic of your post, he mustn't be
Hagler never said he's gonna fight everyone from 154 till 168, and him fighting at 160 all his career is the reason why I rank him below the other 3, they all had to move up to fight him.

U can't compare Floyd Mayweather to GGG under any circumstances, this is the most ignorant thing a so called boxing fan can say, when u r rated P4P for 15 years and number 1 for 8 years, beat more current and former world champs than anyone in boxing history at 5 different weight classes, no tune ups at the 5th weight class, never weighed more than 151 in the ring, 38 soon to be 39 year old ATG can pick and choose whoever the hell he wants to fight, GGG is still an unproven fighter, a win tonight is a step forward, but he's still got a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooong way to go before u can mention him with someone like Floyd Mayweather in the same sentence.
