Dude if he was goin to be 165 for fight tonight then he wouldn't of rehydrated 9 pounds already, they had to be within the 10lb rehydrate limit for morning weighin for ibf rules after that they can rehydrate higher and triple g normally comes in around 170-172 stop trying make yourself to be some smart know it all on a boxing forum when your wrongComment

I see, so your theory is that any negotiating concession made for 1 fighter MUST also be made for every other fighter in the division or its a duck? Interesting.
Therefore, since Ward offered to go to 160 for Floyd, but refuses to for GGG, I guess thats a duck too?
Or was that simply an "aspirational statement" from Ward?
Different fights warrant different concessions. I thought you were smart enough to grasp that fact. My bad........Comment

On a sidenote. What made what Floyd and Manny did even more impressive is that they were two of the few boxers actually campaigning in their natural division. At least by yesteryear's standards. Both guys often faced size disadvantages in most of their fights based purely on guys fighting in divisions 20lbs+ lighter than they walk around in their daily lives. Kudos to both.Comment

Ward is high risk, medium reward
I hate how boxing is more a business than a sport, but its how its being played. Youre right, beating a much bigger Ward would be a huge legacy win. Its a shame boxing isnt really like that anymore
GGG would be better off fighting Klitschko, if he could beat him
Theyre willing to fight Chavez/Froch for money. If Ward paid the same as Froch, we'd have probably seen the fight by now
Nowhere in your post explains why GGG has to fight Ward? You just want to see him lose to the bigger guy, much the same as those who called for Floyd to fight GGG. Before you bring up the 154-168 thing again, let me reiterate my sympathies for you falling for team GGG's hype. I hope you get over it soonComment
