Nah, he had a draw v some bum in one of his first fights. Still, some legendary fighters have lost in their first few fights. Not suggesting that he will be a legend of course haha, but i don't think anyone should be written off just because they draw or lose an early 4 rounder.

Seems to have won his last 10 fights in a row by knockout, against real bums and debutants. Apparently he has pretty good power though, dating back to his amateur days and had dropped other good amateurs like Charlie Edwards. Patel wasn't a bad little amateur at all. Reached the ABA finals and boxed for England, for what it's worth.

A friend of mine did some sparring with him a couple of years ago and said that he does have good ability and power when he applies himself.
