I don't know if you really watch boxing but it's historically and currently a male ********** sport. A ****-sexual man marketing himself as a ****-sexual man to be against the grain and the antithesis of what boxing is would not be something I'd support. I've never placed or assigned any meaning for my support of a boxer with which women they **** or what their religion is. You on the other hand obviously have a fundamental problem with contemporary american society and the history that precedes it. Go throw all your support behind a gay pride agenda driven boxer, nobody really cares or will listen.

I would not care. I think a boxer should come out as being straight just to **** with the media and see how much support and fame he will get. Who cares lol, straight, gay, bi, white, black, asian. It's pretty backwards of you to think the sport and society hasn't evolved. It may be true 10-20 years ago but we're in a era where sexuality isn't a barrier to dominate a sport. Rousey for one has pretty much taken over MMA and if Bruce Jenner didn't hide in the closet 30-yrs ago then he shouldve been the first athlete to break stereo types.


An openly gay boxer would be great not only for the sport but it would be an amazing leap for todays society.

It doesn't seem like you think you are, and that's a start. But I'll ask you to think of it this way:
1) ****sexuality is a natural occurring phenomenon.
2) Having a large nose is a natural occurring phenomenon.
If someone came on this board and started a thread with the title,:
'Real talk--would you support a boxer with a large nose?'
what the hell would you think? Feels a bit insane, right? There's a reason for that feeling.
