Canelo and Goldenboy use every trick in the book to get out of that fight.

Whenever belts are on the line, catch weights are ******.
If Cotto isn't big enough to be MW, put on weight, then he has no business being MW champ.
And GGG never offered Ward a Catchweight. His management mentioned it to Dan, it became an article and of course the haters ran with it.
In fact, the only offer GGG has ever gave to Ward was at 168.
But if GGG tries to gain a 168 belt, at 164. I'll call BS.
