Comments Thread For: Tim Bradley: Best Pound For Pound is Ward or Pacquiao

WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley was always a big admirer of the fighting style of Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Mayweather (49-0, 26KOs) retired last month after dominating Andre Berto over twelve rounds. He was recognized as the pound-for-pound king of boxing and conquered world titles in five weight divisions.

    Slow Down Timmy

I get it, PAC beat you, so if he is p4p, that in some twisted way helps you.

Pac he isn't p4p. He hasn't even looked good recently. He bombed that Mayweather fight.

Ward, maybe Timmy has short term Memory loss. Ward hasn't done anything of note in years. And with perpetual tune ups for another year, Ward is yesterday's garbage.

And when he fights, well just watch out for those head swings, and dirty tricks.

"He won't fight Kovalev doe" or "he hasn't beat up those HW doe."

Until he fights HW, he is ducking Klitschko (that's the logic Ward (Cotto fans) use.

Why is it that boxers left, right and centre are calling Ward P4P #1? Yet he's not on any P4P lists.

Bradley admitting that his contract with Top Rank prevents him from competing on the world stage. Way to go Bob.

That is proof that fighters have better boxing instincts than journalists.

I would probably agree. Against Mayweather, Pacquiao still proved he's better than the rest. Ward only lets himself down due to inactivity and poor opposition of late.

              Manny is easily #1.
Let Ward beat any Top 15 LHW convincingly and he's Top 5 again.
Roman, Kov, & Wlad are Top 5.

If Timmy fights & beats Brook to unify next year, he might have a good case as #1 P4P.

I think Klitschko is P4P #1 now that Floyd is retired.

Ward or Pacquiao are the most worthy.
