Comments Thread For: Golovkin: Mayweather Will Fight Again, ‘Hope’ It's Me

NEW YORK – Gennady Golovkin doesn’t believe Floyd Mayweather Jr. will remain retired.

“Floyd, he’s not finished,” Golovkin told a small group of reporters prior to a press conference Wednesday for his middleweight championship unification fight against David Lemieux on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden. “He’s not finished. He’s a good businessman. He’s a very smart guy. He has [a] plan [for his] future.”

This is the equivalent of Ward calling out Cotto or Canelo. Golovtards are so tolerant!

Floyd will probably fight again, I felt he looked very sharp against Berto.

But he won't fight GGG and I won't blame him. He's a middleweight, and Floyd is nearly 40. There's no reason to push those kind of limits.

Golovtards cry when Ward calls out Golovkin (1 weight division south) and cheer when Golovkin calls out Mayweather (retired, 2 weight divisions south). Such a sad group of fanatics.

no this is actually the equivalent of kovalev calling out ggg. it be like ggg going up to 168 winning a title weighing in at 163 in the 168 title fight then having kovalev calling him out and having people say well he does have a belt at 168 and kovalev willing to go there lol thats what it would be like
