A rematch would be no different than the first fight. Manny's shoulder had nothing to do with him being able to prevent Floyd from controlling distance. Manny's shoulder had nothing to do with him being unable to force Floyd into fighting his fight by cutting off the ring and making him stationary. Manny's shoulder had nothing to do with him not being able to get around Floyd's straight right hand.

Unless Manny has miraculously resolved these issues, a rematch will not be any different.

Floyd will never stand square in front of Manny and give Manny the advantage to do what he does best. Floyd is not going to allow Manny to set his feet and tee off on him for 12 rounds. It just not going to happen.

In my opinion the initial fight was no where near close, so I see no reason for a rematch. I don't even hear Greedy Bob calling for a rematch. To me that speaks volumes.

And I'm not buying into the injury thing, there may have been an old problem with his shoulder not sure, but Manny did not seem to be affected or hampered by any type of injury in that fight.
