Comments Thread For: Lawson-Bizier, Castillo-Obara PBC Double Set, 11/7

A pair of title eliminators will highlight the November 7 edition of Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on NBC Sports Network, which will air live from Miccosukee Resort and Gaming in Miami, Florida.

Headlining the telecast, unbeaten welterweight Fredrick Lawson heads to South Florida for the second straight time as he faces Canada's Kevin Bizier in a sanctioned title eliminator. In the televised co-feature, Walter Castillo looks to fight his way back into contention as he takes on Japan's Keita Obara in a super lightweight elimination contest.

So Lawson vs Bizier isn't a final eliminator? Great news, hopefully Spence is ordered to fight the winner, then we can have Brook vs Spence sometime next year.

Still don't quite know what to make of Lawson and I'm feeling that, even after this fight, I'll think the same thing.

He's a C level fighter. I had Prescott beating him.

Seems a good way to put it. I keep waiting for him to do something special or horrible in his fights and he doesn't do much of either.

Guess it's not an eliminator thank god. Yup spence vs the winner to become mandatory sounds about right

In interviews, Lawson seems like a really good guy, has some skills. Lets see if he turns out to be something or another Harrison who lost to Willie Nelson type. He against Bizier should be entertaining.
