Last i heard was that Matthews would have to defend his interim title against Barroso, then if he came through that, would have a shot at the Crolla Vs Perez winner.
Seem to have gone quiet on that front though.

Those 2 a-side though, there are some decent domestic fights to have if that is what he's looking at; Mitchell, Burns, Campbell, Commey even.
