Then there's a few like Bradley (who doesn't belong at WW), but doesn't rehydrate 10 to 20 lbs after fight night. He usually stays the same as the weigh-in or just a few lbs higher.

Mayweather has to drink/eat more than usual to make 150/151 for the 154 fights. And again, a 1/2 lbs drop means nothing. You are reaching laughably. And he also said for his bout against Cotto, that he lost weight by fight night too! That he came into the fight weighing less than the weigh-in.
