      Mayweather schools him with ease.

A FAR smaller Gamboa was outboxing Crawford comfortably through 4 rounds until the size factor took hold. Mayweather would have zero trouble with him.

Am I missing something? Everyone's acting like Crawford just beat Postol, Garcia and Thurman in succession. His skills look fantastic but I'd like to see him post better wins before he's crowned.

He's getting quite overrated imo. He may turn out to be the goods, but I'm still waiting for him to show me something.

What sticks out most about Crawford is his composure in the ring, and he really does have that attitude where he doesn't doubt himself at all, as well as his jab from both stances. That said, I want to know how well he can fight on the inside and I need to see him in against better opponents too.

Mayweather is retired. Larry Merchant's employer Top Rank will have to build superstars based on their own merit now, not by constantly name dropping Floyd.

Absolutely! That's his most impressive trait IMO and reminds me of Floyd in the sense that he never seems truly uncomfortable at any point, even when he's not in control.

Mr. Merchant, first things first! If Crawford can beat Pacquiao, then he will get some name recognition, and then maybe he can draw Floyd out of retirement. Then, and only then, can you get your wish!
