A lot can happen in two years...

In 2013, only one those guys on that list was a champion and that was McDonnell. They also had Cleverly and Froch as well.

But this is definitely the UK golden era in boxing imo. Fury also has a chance to make it 9 by becoming the HW champion, although I'm not sure where his allegiance lies with GBR or Ireland.

The interesting thing is the UK has more exciting prospects and contenders then champions.

              Anthony Joshua
              Billy Joe Saunders
              Dillian Whyte
              Chris Eubank Jnr
              Martin Murray
              Amir Khan
              Tyson Fury
              Luke Campbell
              Anthony Ogogo
              Hughie Fury
              Prince Patel

I've missed out some but some genuine stand out fighters from that list. This could definitely be considered a golden age for UK fighters and the media coverage like IFL TV all adds to the buzz

I agree. Scott Quigg and Jamie McDonell are not world champions, you have to draw the line somewhere or these organizations will keep giving out belts.

Note to all boxers, there's already four belts, don't go cheap and go for a 'regular' version of one of four. Boycott, it's an insult to boxers.
