BUT tomorrow Sergey Khomitsky fights Alfonso Blanco in Caracas for the WBA interim MW title?!?


What's the WBA planning here? They can't have 2 interim champions in the same weight class with 2 viable champs also there. Will the winner of Quillin/Jacobs instantly move up or be forced to fight Eubank early next year? Also there's word that Lara will be moving up to MW after his tune-up fight.

Golovkin will be promoted to Super Duper WBA MW Champion
Jacobs will become Super WBA MW Champion
Eubank becomes Super Interim WBA MW Champion
And the Blanco-Khomitsky winner will become the Interim WBA MW Champion

this is pretty much the norm nowadays, they just threw in a bonus interim title

maybe one is interim super and one is interim regular even though regular is already interim super? hey why not
