Link? It's 6 weeks to Cotto Canelo and nothing signed yet. It's been dragging out, cause Ward doesn't really wanna risk it, yet has no other options. HBO wanted him to start with Gonzalez, he turned that down, too risky. Don't be surprised if that shoulder gives out after one of those tuneups before he ever gets to Kovalev

Of all the hypocrisy and excuses coming from GGG's side, one totally missed me. They like to **** on Ward's last fight being on BET. I had totally forgotten that Lemieux's last fight was on freak'n FOX. So according to GGG logic. A PPV event with a C level bum that fought his last fight on FOX. Is more profitable than a PPV event with arguably the best fighter in the world that fought his last fight on BET.

all we want is for the chump to prove his hype by fighting the best.. rubios leftover doesn't prove a damn thing and asking him to climb ONE division isn't too much to ask for, if hes that good anyway

ward will collide with kovalev next year, win or lose that proves ward is out to prove himself while little g continues to put tomato cans on his belt.
That's cause you're a proven idiot. Smiths best win is what, Tony Dodson? He got blown out by 2 UK prospects.

Hey moron, can you show me a boxer that went up in weight to face a p4p #2, who's also the much smaller draw yet wants 50/50? How about when the smaller guy is a mando to superstar lineal champ, for 3 more belts?

After 36 minutes in the ring with Andre Ward, GGG's hype would die down. That's why it took them 36 minutes to turn the offer down. They want that hype to keep going.

Lemieux was on FS cause his promotional status was dicey and HBO didn't wanna get embroiled in lawsuits. They liked the fight, not like both networks passing on Ward Smith cause it was crap

No he doesn't, moron. His 3rd best career win is someone like AA or Bika, no better than Gggs comp

Amd we're still waiting on GGG to fight somebody with a pulse. So anwser the question. When's ya boy gonna fight some good opponents?
When is Ward going to be finished with his tune ups?
Understand it, cornball. Ward isn't fighting GGG or Kovalev until after he fights his tune ups.
Mid to late 2016, maybe...if he stays healthy and doesn't decide to sue RocNation lol
Martin Murray moves up and fights 3 tune ups in 4 months.
Ward needs 18 months to fight 3 tune ups lol.
