Lots of people in here think its nothing a pound here or there , truth is at the top level of boxing its crucial and Manny has manipulated weight for his advantage more than any fighter in the history of the sport , even now he is trying to squeeze another CW on a fighter that he is supposed to have beaten up for years , Manny is such a manipulating con man .
Manny being a manipulating conman is a bit overboard, but sure they are using weight as an advantage when they can. Not much denying you can do about that. Think Roach has openly admitted it & I tend to think if there is a manipulating conman in this equation it'd be him in regards to the weight stuff. Personally I got no problem with catchweights. Guys or their people throw out demands all the time, you can agree to them or not. The world moves on.

Having said that the upside here for Khan is off the charts so it seems that since he's only weighed above 143 for his last 3 fights its not impossible that he could drop the 4lbs for the biggest fight of his life if thats what it'd take to get it is all I'm saying. Maybe I missed something that got talked about in the media with him not being able to get below 147 these days doe.
