This. We have one in the UK

Licenses mean it doesn't have all the major fights but it has a good amount on.

The MMA formula or something to that nature is the only way forward, but boxing promoters will not let it happen. Maybe we need teams? Haymon, Top Rank, Roc Nation...fighters in each division? But the old way no longer works. The pac people can get behind Top Rank, Floyd people can get behind Haymon, Mexicans can get behind Oscar, and PR people can get behind Roc Nation...We need a new formula and leave the old behind because it doesnt work. They can draft amateur boxers and of course they will need a salary cap with the extra money going to the league. Any other ideas?

Once PBC or some entity post-PBC's failed attempt to take over boxing creates a NFL of boxing something along these lines will take off I'm sure. If that happens in 5 years or 25 years is the only question. You need a elite level consistent product to sell to the public for this to happen & thats only happening if there are less chiefs & more indians in boxing.

The way things are going, boxing may not even be around in 25 years and football will be a non-contact sport. The more medical science learns about the risks of these sports, the less popular they will become for parents to enroll their kids in and the more regulated they will become. I can see a world in the not too distant future where all combat and high contact sports are essentially banned or regulated to the point of being a mere shadow of what they are today.

They should do this. They could show a lot of fights delayed for a reduced cost. I would watch 24/7 if they showed fights from around the world.

sweden already banned boxing for a long time, right? (and then unbanned it some years ago)

if my country ever bans boxing i'm moving to china
