as i have previously stated , some posters, not all, seem to be missing the point. margarito deserves the shot adn has been calling out pbf for some time. besides hatton has other plans for the time being. for pbf to take another fight and once again duck margarito under the guise of $$ gives even more strength to the argument that margarito has the potential to be very dangerous inside the ropes.

I agree. It's just too bad that if he finally gets his shot at Mayweather he will also get his ass kicked.

Margarito has become rapidly overrated these days especially his power. He's got good power but not the vicious power some try to make it out to be.

Hmm...his power at 147 is certainly very good, and against a former 130 lbs fighter it could prove to be devastating, if landed properly.

He may be slightly overrated by some, but he's also still underrated by just as many.

This fight needs to happen, period.

Remember the punch has to land before it can be effective and I don't see Margarito landing anything significant on Mayweather.

It could very well go that way. With Margarito's range and tenacity I could see him landing though.

Very interesting. We should bet if this fight goes off.
