ok. Postol v Crawford is right now IMO the best fight at 140. If Postol is forced to fight Imam, then I can understand the Crawford fight not happening next.

Otherwise, HBO should be pushing for this fight. I don't think any of us need the fight to fall apart like Gamboa and JuanMa,

I wouldn't mind Postol vs. Crawford, only if Broner agreed to fight Imam! If no Broner for Imam, then Imam deserves a shot at Postol next.

I kind of need Garcia to take another good fight this year to make up for it. I understand he didn't because he should be on to bigger and better things, but that reasoning only works if he actually moves on to bigger and better things.

Plus with the ass whipping Peterson gave him Garcia needs a rebound.

Why isn't Max saying Crawford v Postol is the fight to make at 140? Unless he thinks Broner is better than either, which would be news, these are the 2 best guys at 140.

Tells me HBO (really Arum) isn't making this fight should Crawford beat Jean, which I am sure he will.

Danny fought Matthysse when Matthysse wasn't even mortal in the eyes of many, after Danny's fight Matthysse wasn't the same fighter, after Danny won his first title he immediately fought the division's best fighter in Khan and won via 4th round KO, what's Postol gonna fight? not Crawford, bet he won't even fight his mandatory in Imam...

I'm with this guy.. old Danny would beat the s.hit outta postol... idk about new Danny tho

Danny struggled with Herrera's jab and awkward/spoiler style; Postol is a better version of that. I realize the risk/reward factor when considering the match at the time, but it's hard to see Danny truly coming out on top with this one. Wish we could have seen it because I don't mind being proved wrong.

Garcia is at 147 now I think, so unless Postol moves up I don't see it happening. I'd rather Garcia v any of the better fighters at welter than Postol at this time.

I thought he won too, but he still got his ass whipped. No one was walking away from that fight thinking Garcia was the better fighter that night, even though he won.
