I am no Garcia fan but he is one hell of a lot better than Lopez. Lopez gets beat and usually KOed when he fights anybody good. He lost to Berto. Garcia would have no problem hitting Lopez. Lopez likes to slug it out. Garcia has a great chin and could take Lopez's best punches but Lopez couldn't take Garcia's punches. Garcia would easily win by KO.
