Jeez - what part of Sanchez' answers to questions he was asked were you not able to comprehend? Let me spell out what he said.

1. Golovkins main aim is to unify the MW division.
2. There are bigger fights at MW (talking money here baby)
3. Ward is not relevant to GGG at this moment in time.
4. Ward can become relevant by upping his activity level.
5. If that happens we can reconsider the fight.

Then he should not talk about an email. The email is a red herring. Whether or not the email was before or after is irrelevant to whether or not they want to fight Ward.

It is plain and simple that they are ducking. You don't call out a champ's division, willing to fight the second and third best in that said champ's division, but when the champ comes calling, you run and say that he's irrelevant.

GGG is no different from other money hungry fighters. He wants the weakest competition that provides him with the most money. I don't blame him, but have some integrity and be a man about it. Say what you will about Mayweather, but that boy flat out told people "if it doesn't make dollars, it doesn't make sense".

You are all mixed up amigo. Sanchez is not questioning Ward's overall resume. But he IS questioning Ward's current status as a box office attraction. And he did that because he was asked about Ward sending in a fight offer after it was known that the Lemieux was already signed - which is just terribly lame.

We all want to see the best fights but boxing is much more than just bravado. As a boxing fan, if you don't/cant recognize the impact that the business side of the sport has on matchmaking then you are doomed to experience perpetual frustration and disappointment - and who wants that?

Ward is high risk:low reward for Golovkin. If he wants the fight he should stop sending out lame late offers and reclaim relevancy in whatever weight division he can best handle these days.

That's my assessment as well. I've had enough of Andre Ward's unsubstantiated allegations. What Ward needs to do now is fight, fight, and fight again. And no more fights against the less than challenging Paul Smiths of the boxing world.

He was asked about Ward making an offer by email. He responded. It is not really a red herring. If Ward really wants th efight he could have put in a serious, timely, financially attractive offer (using ROC financial muscle). As far as we know he did none of that - putting in an offer after another fight is signed cannot in anyway be classified as acting serious. Actually it stinks of subterfuge.

He did call out the 168 division 2 years ago. This was a marketing ploy - ever heard of those? Mayweather is King at using marketing ploys - I would have thought you might recognize their validity. Chavez (he was never 3rd best fighter) and Froch were attractive financial fights. Ward is a financial irrelevance. Not even a blip on the radar screen ... unless, unless ROC can somehow weigh in on the matter - but so far crickets from them.
