You really think Ruslan is going to find some new found success without Roach, he's going to be the same fighter with Diaz, Hunter, or Nacho. He is what he is.
i agree i mean how good do they think provo is? he went life and death with bradley some thought he should of won and same with algeiri some even think he should of gotten at least a draw against matyssee the fact roach was able to do that with provo is amazing honestly.

Freddy always made it clear in interviews that he thought Provo wasn't as good as some other wildcard fighters.. No wonder Provo left him. Guessed that might happen after hearing the way Freddy talked. Probably wasn't dedicating much time to training. His priority is Pacquiao and probably now Cotto so he spent much more time training those two than Provo.

When it was just Pac, Freddy had more time left over to distribute among other fighters after training Pac. But with Cotto on board, Freddy has to spend longer chunks of time with 2 different fighters, which means far less time left for the other wildcard fighters now. We might see more fighters abandon ship soon.

Provo doesn't need a trainer. Just get him in the best shape of his life and tell to go hit the guy a lot.

Herrera beat him clean. Pretty wide too, at least more then the scorecards say.

Ruslan can't be truly upper echelon until he improves his fitness.
