    He should be confident

GGG is about to knock Goldenboy out. Right out of the MW division.

LOL! I cannot believe so many fall for Canelo drain game.

      GGG will be tested too

Let us see how GGG handles Lemieux' power also. It is one thing to give but another to receive. The thing is GGG does NOT have the best defense. The odds for him not to get hit flush by Lemieux are remote. I think this fight boils down to who is going to take the brutal punches better. Lemieux also has a good chin. Even the fight he lost against Rubio almost 5 years ago was due to exhaustion and not to the fact that he was knocked out. If GGG dispatches Lemieux pretty much the same way he did with other fighters, then we will know that we have somebody incredibly special, a future great of boxing. Honestly, I feel that both Sanchez and GGG are underestimating Lemieux' power and determination. Whether or not the Matador GGG will slay the Bull Lemieux remains to be seen. I was personally not impressed with GGG's victory over Monroe. From the 3-5 rounds he fought horribly and was even a bit embarrassed by pillow fisted Monroe (who GGG mocked to that effect by saying that Monroe "was nothing"). I just don't see GGG standing up if Lemieux cracks him like Monroe did. Anyhow, this is a fight for the ages. I am still pulling for the Canadian to upset the Kazakh. Hope the fight is close until the brutal ending so we can all have another treat by having these same 2 warriors going at it again in the future.

It's unlikely they are underestimating his power, they've talked about it.

Also, GGG defense is much better than people think. He does get hit, every fight does.

But very often when you see him getting hit, it was more him first blunting the throw with his jab, or shoulder.

I have a video in my signature, and their are a few other good videos on YouTube explaining his aggressive defense.

Can he lose, of course. But there is a reason Lemieux is the underdog, and it's not just GGG's power.
