Saw some movie when Lou Cipher was a kid. In Lou Cipher's memory, it was a Van Damme flick but that could be false. In the movie an old black ex Boxing champ is a close friend of the action hero and at some point a kickboxer comes into the gym to rough the old guy up. They have an impromptu in ring fight and the old black guy lands a shot and drops the big kickboxer who in my memory is Liam Neeson which Lou Cipher believes is not actually the actor just someone resembling him. For the old fighter Lou Cipher pictures Apollo Creeds trainer, but again probably just someone who reminds Lou Cipher of that guy. After the old fighter drops the kickboxer he says something like "Round one goes to the champ." The kickboxer gets up and does some move and ends up breaking the old guys arm or hand at which point the old guy kind of yells "You broke...my ****ing...Hand (or arm)" Lou Cipher also remembers the bad guys saying something like "this man can knock a man unconscious with a single blow" when speaking about the aged ex champ. Only thing else Lou Cipher remembers is the hero of the movie, Van Damme or whoever it is, goes on to avenge the old fighter somehow.
This sound familiar to anyone? It would've been an 80's or 90's movie
