Cotto at LEAST won 4 rounds against mayweather, the scorecards were a joke.

GGG has to fight and grow into the 168 division before he takes on someone like Ward. Same with Canelo, he has to gradually grow into the 160 division before he takes on GGG.
GGG is over 30 years old and had been fighting at middleweight his entire career. If he hasn't "grown" into 168, he never will. Let's keep it real, they are avoiding Ward because they know Ward can ruin all their plans for super stardom. Delusions of grandeur. .. Lara wants it, Ward wants it..... Lil' G's not ready.

Why? I don't get people on this forum. CANELO IS NOT A PRESSURE FIGHTER. Canelo is a low volume stationary counterpuncher and Canelo should be the one avoiding the ropes in this fight.

            Misleading headline. What a surprise.

The Cotto-stans, and the Golov-tards are already salty. It's only October 6th. Relax, stans...the proper beating hasn't even taken place yet. I'd expect this type of PMSn on Nov. 22nd. Save some of your ammo, otherwise you won't have any tears left.

I will gladly take all of your points for this fight then. You and many others under-estimate how good Canelo is. He is the future and there is no way Cotto wins this fight. Cotto is one of my favorite fighters but I am not a biased boxing fan. I call each fight for what it is. I take my hat off to Cotto for taking this fight. Canelo has no weaknesses now and this is his coming out party. He is on the cusp of his prime. He is no joke. He can beat GGG as well. You heard it here first.

So people using Mayweather triangle theories...

Did you forget Canelo looked like a corpse at 152 and did you not count Floyd's low test- to epi test ratios in previous bouts?

Cotto can outbox Canelo.. but can he keep it up for 3 minutes of every round until Canelo fades or the 12 rounds are up?

                      I think he can...

I'm taking Cotto by decision with a masterful display of boxing and keeping Canelo at bay with that left hook to the body and head...
